What does a first engagement cost?

Consultations start at $150 per hour. After the first conversation we scope the work and give you a fixed estimate in writing before anything begins.

Project retainers from $2,400 a month. You get a set block of our time each month, shared priorities, and a standing slot for questions that come up.

Typical project turnaround: 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how quickly your team can share material and give feedback along the way.

A free 30-minute discovery call. We listen, ask about your goals and constraints, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Messages sent outside those hours are answered first thing on the next working day.

The founders lead every engagement and do the core thinking themselves. Nothing is handed to juniors without a founder reviewing it first.

Most work happens remotely so we stay flexible and keep costs down. We visit your team on site when a workshop or a handover calls for it.

It happens. We pause, talk through what has shifted, and agree the effect on time and cost in writing before continuing.

Monthly, in arrears, on 14-day terms. Each invoice lists the work completed so there are no surprises.

Yes. We will sign before the discovery call if you need it, and treat everything you share as confidential.
